Two charged in Jersey City windshield-smashing spree; one threw urine at officers: authorities

Two men have been charged with smashing at least a half a dozen windshields, threatening to kill police officers and throwing urine at officers in a random vandalism spree and its aftermath early Sunday morning in Jersey City, authorities said.
Police say Isman Coyoy Cahuex, 20, of Newark, and Isaiah Drouet, 22, of Jersey City, stomped on the windshields of six vehicles, including a police cruiser, over a stretch of 12 blocks in the Heights, on or close to Central Avenue. It was initially reported that more than 12 vehicles were damaged.
